12th Ave Garage to Endo (Root Canal) Clinic

It can be a little confusing getting from the parking garages to the pre-doc endo clinic, follow these directions and you should get there with minimal problems.

Outside 12th Ave Garage

1. Park at the 12th Avenue Garage, and take a ticket.

Enter through any of the doors by the hospital entrance (look for the Wendy's sign)

3. Enter the door by the Dental Clinics Sign

4. There's an Elevator, take it to the first floor.

5. Take the elevator to the 1st floor.

6. Talk to the people at these desks as soon as you get off the elevator, they'll get you checked in and the waiting room is around the corner!
